Product Overview

OptiVitro® T Cell Serum-free Medium (phenol red-free) is a serum-free and xeno-free medium designed for the in vitro expansion of human T lymphocytes.


●    Xeno-Free: Compositions do not contain animal-derived components, as well as phenol red, ,ensuring cell expansion under xeno-free conditions.

    Options of complete cytokine kit: Amplification kit and basal medium as required.

    Compatibility: Optimized for cultivation and expansion of various T cell types (CAR-T, TCR-T, γδT/CAR-γδT, TIL, etc.)

    Efficient T Cell Expansion: Supports robust T cell expansion with high cell viability after 14 days of culture

    Quality Control: Manufactured in compliance with GMP and ISO standards, convenient access to Drug Master File (DMF).

    Available in both bottle and bag formats, facilitating scale-up production and clinical translation

T Cell viability was determined every 2-3 days throughout the culture in OptiVitro® T-SFM and medium and medium1. Data represents the mean of three replicates for each independent tests.

T Cell density was tested every 2-3 days throughout the culture in OptiVitro® T-SFM and medium 1, and the expansion folds were calculated. Data represents the mean of three replicates for each independent tests.

T Cell phenotypic characterization was performed in OptiVitro® T Cell Serum-free Medium and medium 1 on D13. Data represents the mean of three replicates for each independent tests.

The transduction efficiency of D5, D7, D9 and D13 during cell culture was tested. Compared with medium 1, OptiVitro® T cell serum-free medium had higher transduction efficiency.
