Product Overview
OptiVitro® T Cell Serum-free Medium (phenol red-free) is a serum-free and xeno-free medium designed for the in vitro expansion of human T lymphocytes.
● Xeno-Free: Compositions do not contain animal-derived components, as well as phenol red, ,ensuring cell expansion under xeno-free conditions.
● Options of complete cytokine kit: Amplification kit and basal medium as required.
● Compatibility: Optimized for cultivation and expansion of various T cell types (CAR-T, TCR-T, γδT/CAR-γδT, TIL, etc.)
● Efficient T Cell Expansion: Supports robust T cell expansion with high cell viability after 14 days of culture
● Quality Control: Manufactured in compliance with GMP and ISO standards, convenient access to Drug Master File (DMF).
