The ResiQuant® Alkali-Resistant Protein A ELISA Kit 2G is a highly sensitive and quantitative ELISA kit. This kit is specifically intended for the detection of process-related impurities Alkali-Resistant Protein A residuals in the manufacturing of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies or other Fc-fusion recombinant proteins. The limit of detection (LOD) for this kit is 2.5 pg/mL, and the limit of quantitation (LLOQ) is 4.9 pg/mL. It is suitable for use throughout the manufacturing process as well as for product release.
