Product Overview
The Resiquant® Universal DNA Residual Sample Pretreatment Kit is designed to extract DNA from biopharmaceutical products at various stages of processing. This kit employs a proprietary DNA extraction procedure capable of isolating picogram-per-milliliter level of residual DNA from biological solutions, and shows broad applicability for a variety of cell types, including CHO, E. coli, human cells, Vero, Pichia, NS0, MDCK and others. The process eliminates others components like proteins, salts, and detergents, enabling quick and efficient residual DNA detection.
● Compatible with all residual DNA detection kits;
● Compatible with high-throughput facilities. Automate version is available;
● High recovery rate ranges from 70% to 130%;
● Reliable: Short residual DNA fragments can be equally recovered from biologicals;
● Flexibility: Suitable for variants of sample matrix, including those drug solutions containing extremely high IgG;
